Cancellation Policy
Elevate Kinesiology values your time and aims to provide exceptional service. In order to maintain an efficient scheduling system and accommodate other clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:


1. Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum notice of 24 hours for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

2. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged and the cancellation fee will be payable at the next appointment or any subsequent visits.

3. If a client fails to show up for an appointment without any prior notice (a "no-show"), the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

4. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please contact me as soon as possible, if such situations arise.

5. Clients are responsible for managing their appointments and ensuring proper communication regarding any changes or cancellations.

I kindly ask clients to understand that this cancellation policy is necessary to provide fair treatment to all my clients and maintain an effective schedule. By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
