About Me
My name is Catherine, though many know me as Cat. I am the founder and owner of Elevate Kinesiology. My passion is to support and empower people to achieve their goals, overcome limitations, create harmony within themselves, and achieve overall wellbeing.
I am a mother of two beautiful and very active boys. I am a sister, wife, friend, support worker, registered nurse, and now a PKP Kinesiologist. I love being around my family and friends, exploring new places, and being out in nature—especially the beach and waterfalls.
I love to learn, and it seems the more I learn, the more I realize I have so much more to learn! My evolution of learning has brought me to where I am today. My deep desire to support individuals started in the field of nursing as I’ve always had a passion to work with people. Following my Mum's incredible example of service and care, I chose nursing to follow in her footsteps. I thought I would always be nursing in the hospital, as I found it to be so fulfilling. But after personal life challenges and seeing life through a different lens, I was called onto a new path. I was seeking holistic wellbeing for myself and started to see a kinesiologist. I honestly didn’t even understand how or what kinesiology could do for me. After one session, I couldn’t believe the significant shifts in perspective and self-awareness. It was transformative, to say the least! Seeing how much I was learning, shifting, releasing, and becoming, my enthusiasm was ignited to learn more and extend this beautiful modality to others.
I feel privileged to be able to share the incredible benefits Kinesiology can bring and look forward to supporting you in achieving your goals as you elevate your life.
